I've been going through some old videos and audio tapes of my Dad recently. He died from Parkinson's complications about 6 years ago now. He was diagnosed when he was in his early 40's and died when he was in his mid 60's. My grandfather was diagnosed with Parkinson's in his late 80's and died in his early 90's. My grandmom may have had it as well altough her official diagnosis was MSA. So when I was diagnosed at 28, it wasn't much of a shock. I've heard that Parkinson's isn't officially hereditary but I call bullshit on that.
A blog about early onset Parkinson's by me for other Parkies or their partners and caretakers
